How to raise queries or issues

  • To raise an issue or query in relation to J+ Scribe or a work assignment, simply select the red help desk icon in the bottom of the platform.

  • Select the 'send us a message' option and follow the prompts to select the topic(s) your queries relate to. Detail as much information as possible in the query and submit to the team.

  • Queries submitted here are sent to a member of the Operations or Project Management team depending on the subject and contents of your query

  • If you require content-related support, please contact your Content Manager via email or Slack

  • Additional within the chat bot, you will find all of our training articles, support materials and FAQ's. These can be accessed by selecting the 'Search for help' field, which will hopefully help answer most common queries.
